I have been using a variety of CAD softwares for nearly a decade, producing robotic parts, custom organization systems, and even brain holders for research labs! I would love to help you bring your ideas to life!

MESH MODELING

I haven’t been using surface modeling software for quite as long, but I have found great success early on and am excited to see what other types of mesh models I will need to repair in the future and how I can do that.

CAD

Have an idea but don’t know where to go? I would love to help bring that to life with whatever CAD software it takes!

3D Printing

I am a 3D printing consultant under the University of Denver’s MicroFactory. I design parts, modify models, and ensure prints at a very high quality in a multitude of materials.

Experience

I have spent countless hours learning the ins and outs of different printers, filament types, and difficulties that printers may face such as steep overhangs, difficult materials, or even just annoying maintenance. Using this knowledge, I am well equipped to ensure that prints come out well and all designs can be printed without worry on your end.

Advanced materials

What is out there that might work for you? Consider talking with me to see if there are materials right for your job - you might be surprised! From Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylon, to flexible TPU, to conductive filaments, I have experience with a variety of materials and we can find what will work best for nearly any job.

Laser Engraving

I have access to a 120W Epilog Fusion laser engraving machine with a 40” x 28” bed and a rotary tool to engrave cylinders (like water bottles).

From signs, to personalizing your gear, the laser engraver is the go-to tool and it will leave you with a very precise engraving of anything you need.

Cut out intricate shapes

The laser can also cut through many materials as long as they are about 1/4 inch thick or less.
